On landing, connect to airport wifi. 

Do not use your mobile at immigration / customs area.

Clear Border Protection Check.

Declare ALL food and keep in one bag for easy inspection.

Buy SIM card.
Pick up travel brochure at arrival hall.
Collect car rental / transfer to city or homestay.
Stay at place with parking if renting a car.
Drop bags (recommended) - tourist may be targeted where cars have been broken into.
