Travelling to Albany from Perth (about 5 hours drive) should be at a minimum be planned for a 3D2N trip.
PERTH - KATTANING - ALBANY - DENMARK - WALPOLE - PEMBERTON - BUNBURY - PERTH
It would be too ambitious, tiring and a touch n go affair if combined with the Margaret River region. Unless if one is on a 9D or 10D holiday and do not plan to visit Perth / WA again.
Main attractions
Perth - Albany
Travel south through the Wheatbelt region. Stop off at the wineries in Mt Barker, go to the lookout.
Drive through the Stirling Range National Park.
See and climb Bluff Knoll.
Visit Porongurup National Park.
